I've been to Fresh Faces Aesthetics a few times now, and every single visit has been such a lovely experience. The whole team is so welcoming and friendly, I instantly feel at ease the moment I walk in. The atmosphere is warm, professional, and genuinely inviting.<br><br>Joanna is amazing! So gentle, kind, and incredibly informative. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and really listens to what I want, while guiding me toward what’s best for me personally. I’ve had my lips done with her three times now and honestly, I leave every appointment absolutely in love with the results! She’s a true perfectionist and I trust her completely. Can’t recommend her enough!

Lovely experience getting the micro needling treatment with Joanna. Beautiful setting with very friendly and helpful staff. The online booking system was very handy and great communication from the beginning. Joanna was very professional and informative. After 3 session I saw some great results and will definitely book again.
